THE SOVEREIGN OIKOS | THE JUBILEE
They did not take these from you. You cannot take what was never put in their hands. The chain did not remove the muscle. The cage did not remove the bone. The filing did not remove the nerve. They are still in you. They have always been in you. The system did not amputate them. It built a wall around them and called the wall "law." And you believed the wall was your body.
These ten are not rights. A right is something granted. A right can be revoked. These are capacities. They are in the design. They are in the arkhe. They are in you the way the nerve is in the skull — hidden, vestigial in the eyes of the system, but there. Not waiting for permission. Not waiting for a court. Not waiting for a license. There.
Each power is a Greek word. Not a legal term. Not a statute. A word. The arkhe speaks in words, not in code. The state speaks in code. The arkhe speaks in names. And a name is not a label. A name is an identity. When you speak the word, you do not invoke a right. You remember who you are.
These are not laws to obey. They are not commands from above. They are divine capacities to activate. The oikos is God's first institution. The family is the first state. The kleros is the first land. The Jubilee is the first reset. And the ten powers are the first standing.
The arkhe man does not use these powers. He is them. The distinction is everything. A tool is used. A capacity is lived. You do not "exercise" your heartbeat. You do not "invoke" your breath. You do not "file a claim" for your sight. You simply see. These ten are the same. They are not tools in your hand. They are the hand.
Not delegated. Not granted. Not revocable. The state can take his land. It can take his gold. It can file his name in all caps and put a number on his chest. It cannot take his exousia because exousia was never in the state's hands. It was in his. It is in his. It will be in his son's. Authority that is not delegated cannot be revoked. It was never absent. It was only hidden under the fiction of consent.
Not a right to use force. Not a "right to defend." The ground holds. The oikos holds. The man holds. Kratos is the fact that the oikos does not collapse when the state withdraws its "protection." It stands on its own weight. The garden yields without the state's permission. The children learn without the state's curriculum. The work is done without the state's license. The strength was never the state's to give. It was always the oikos's to hold.
The lot is his by sonship. Not by deed. Not by statute. Not by a clerk's signature. His land, his children, his labor — they belong to God and to him. Not to the state. Eminent domain is a tool for taking a tenant's land. The heir has no landlord. You cannot eminent-domain a man who has no superior claimant. The tool has no purchase. It was never designed for him. It was designed for the tenant. And he is not a tenant.
The oikos produces. The garden yields. The children learn. The work is done. The state's economy is a rent on the oikos's production. The oikos does not need the rent to be paid. It produces regardless. Dunamis is not a prosperity gospel promise. It is the fact that the family unit is self-sufficient by design. The state made you dependent so it could call the dependency "welfare." The oikos breaks the dependency. Not by refusing the state. By not needing it.
The oikos has its own law. The father speaks the law of the house. The mother teaches it. The children live in it. That law does not need a court's signature. It is the law of the oikos because the oikos is older than the court. The court is a later invention. The oikos law is first. Logos is not "speaking a private contract that overrides the courts." That is a filing. That is a letter. Logos is the fact that the household governs itself and has always governed itself. The state's "law" is a later overlay. The oikos law is the ground beneath it.
Not a political organization. Not a "republic." The oikos binds to the oikos. Family to family. Line to line. The covenant is blood, not paper. It cannot be dissolved by a clerk. It can only be broken by betrayal. And even then, the line continues. Koinonia is the fact that no oikos stands alone. The neighbor's oikos is your oikos. The community is not the state's "general welfare." The community is the covenant between houses. Older than the city. Older than the nation. Older than the flag.
Not a "Sovereign Tribunal." That does not exist in any legal tradition. It is invented. The thing. The assembly of free men. Peers judging peers. In the open. Without a gavel. Without a revenue-generating court. Krino is the oikos settling its own disputes. The state court is a later, revenue-generating replacement for the thing. The state court needs the dispute. It generates income from conflict. The thing ends the dispute. The two are opposites. One feeds on the conflict. The other buries it.
The oikos tells its own story. The father tells the children where they came from. The mother tells the children what was taken. The story is passed by mouth, not by media. The state controls the media. The oikos controls the story. The story is older than the media. The story is the arkhe. Phonē is not "publishing truth without a license." That is a permission slip. Phonē is the fact that the oikos speaks and has always spoken. The state did not give you a voice. The state stole your story and sold it back to you as "news." The voice was always yours. The story was always yours. You are simply telling it again.
The shield does not attack. The shield holds. The oikos holds its ground. The father stands at the gate. The mother holds the door. The children are behind them. The shield is not "any means necessary." The shield is the fact that the gate does not open. Not a threat. A fact. The state's "protection" is a lie told to the tenant so the tenant will not build his own wall. The oikos does not need the state's protection. The oikos is the protection. The aspis is the oikos. The oikos is the aspis. And the gate does not open.
Not a tax-refusal argument. Not a "non-participation" filing. Not a letter to the IRS. The heir does not refuse the tenant's obligations. The heir is not a tenant. The tax is a tenant's obligation. The license is a tenant's permission. The vote is a tenant's choice. The heir does none of these things because he is not in the category of person to whom they apply. He is not refusing. He is outside the frame. You cannot starve a man who is not eating from your table. You cannot bleed a man who is not connected to your vein. The starvation is not an act of war. It is the fact of separation. The oikos was never at the state's table. It simply stopped pretending it was.
The state operates on a legal fiction designed to enslave. The arkhe operates on truth designed to liberate. Understand the difference, and you break the spell.

The dragon guards the vault. The demiurge creates the fiction. Nimrod built the first city. They are the same system at three stages. The builder. The forger. The guard. One design. One theft. One chain.
The Oikos is the arkhe made flesh. The family is the first state. The kleros is the first land. The Jubilee is the first reset. And the ten powers are the first standing.
